1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- United States: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.
- International: 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimated transit times once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, due to weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on pallet size, weight, and destination. Some listings include shipping in the displayed price.Check the individual product page for details.
4. International Orders
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.
- Delivery estimates for international orders are approximate; customs clearance can add unpredictable delay beyond our stated 7–14 day window.
- Please confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete.we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your pallet arrives damaged in transit or tracking shows it as lost, please see our Refund and Returns Policy for how to file a claim we require photos/video and a report within 48 hours of delivery for damage claims.
